we’re coming up on week number two weigh in. i don’t know how you do it, but i only weigh once a week. so i’m really looking forward to seeing if there was more weight loss. i’m sure there has been because i can feel my clothes fitting differently.
i am so excited we are all doing this together. definitely one of the best decisions i have ever made. i hope you join me in that perspective!
here are a few observations:
first, remember that your weight reporting day is tuesday. i plan to give the weekly team updates on wednesday mornings, so make sure you get me your pounds lost on tuesday. only report the pounds you lose. you don’t have to report if you gain weight, unless you want people to know and you want some greater accountability. also, don’t report any yo-yo weight you lose. only the pounds you lose relative to your start weight. we can add new people on to our teams at any time. for the record, team madre keeps adding on new women. team padre needs some more men, if we are going to keep pace. men…do some recruiting! don’t forget that people can do this anonymously, by sending me or wanda an email.
okay…here’s the question of the week: what is your favorite fat-conscious snack that you make or buy…one that satisfies your taste bud needs, but still leaves your body just as healthy? pass on some good ideas!
