bill and his wife, bonnie and his kids, amanda and nathan have been part of the north point family for a while. bill was in a motorcycle accident about three weeks ago and even though most of the obvious injuries have progressed in the healing progress, his brain has not. for the most part, he has remained unconscious and unresponsive. the neurosurgeon has told us that he may remain that way. they just don’t know.

here’s what i know. what the neurosurgeon doesn’t know, god does. when i pray for people who are in the hospital or having surgery, i pray about the care they will receive from surgeons and doctors and nurses and anesthesiologists and therapists and everyone else related to the procedure. but i also acknowledge, every time, that god is bigger and greater than any problem that can ever be faced in an operating room or nursing home.
