so here we go…
team madre – 10 pounds lost (198.5 total pounds lost)
team padre – 7 pounds lost (157 total pounds lost)
these are the hard days. seems like just about everybody is having to fight through the “plateau”.
so i have some questions for all of you…
what are you going to change? what are you going to begin doing differently? what kinds of modifications are you going to make to your eating plan that will produce some results? are you exercising?
someone once said that only an idiot would keep doing the same things and expect different results. could you be guilty?
time to step it up. we’re over 350 pounds lost! you woulda thought?
