this was a fantastic weekend!
bon voyage was a huge success.
angela did an amazing job!
we had a bunch of great workers who poured their lives into kids. there’s nothing greater.
i’m already sick of the heat. this is going to be one long summer.
pretty sure going bonkers is one of the coolest places ever.
got to meet a lot of new people this weekend. great stories.
this was definitely the first weekend of summer vacation. attendance took a hit.
dozens and dozens of regulars missing. still had a good crowd, tho.
i think i’ve hit the saturation point in preaching about marriage.
this was my personal favorite in the series.
understanding the concept of mingling of souls has taught me more about marriage than anything i have learned in the past twenty years!
i love buzzy’s passion for leading our singing time. we are fortunate beyond words!
had a great father’s day lunch with friends. baja fresh is my favorite…my absolute favorite…place to eat.
i’m getting better with my droid incredible.
took most of my afternoon to clean up my phone and email contacts. over 750 totally confused entries. it’s better now.
the north point family swim night was awesome.
even with so many of our regular families missing, we still had at least a couple of hundred show up.
i don’t know about you, but getting to meet new people every time north point gets together never gets old.
i got to have five or six really significant conversations and float around the lazy river…all in one night. how good is that?
fuzzy’s for dinner was a great way to end the day. hanging out with friends is church. too bad so many church people miss the point.
my heart breaks for people who have walked away from the church because they were hurt, abused, confused, judged, or ignored.
do you know someone who fits in that category? why not take a risk and invite them to try again?
